Everything runs on slash commands — nothing to memorise, Discord prompts for each option.
Trading
/help | A private quick start: browse or post an offer, settle it, and find the most useful member commands. |
/trade | Post a buy or sell offer. Item and category autocomplete; quantity and price are optional. |
/trade-edit | Change the item, quantity, price or category on one of your own open offers. |
/trades | List the open offers on this server, filtered by category or buy/sell. |
/price | Average, minimum and maximum for an item, plus the most recent postings. |
/mytrades | Your own side of the board: open offers, deals being settled, and vouches you still owe — with a button for each. |
/watch add | Get a DM when someone posts a matching item. Part of a name is enough — "iron" catches "Iron Sword". |
/watch list | What you are currently watching for. |
/watch remove | Stop watching for something. |
Reputation
/vouch | Rate the person you traded with, once per completed trade. The button on the closed post does the same without the trade number. |
/reputation | Someone's average rating and latest vouches on this server. |
Jobs
/jobs | Pick the trades you practise. You get the role, and a ping when a matching offer appears. |
Music
/play | Search and privately pick a result, or add a Spotify, YouTube or SoundCloud link. |
/queue | Show what is playing and the next ten tracks. |
/music remove | Remove an upcoming song using its position from /queue. |
/music move | Move an upcoming song to a different queue position. |
/music shuffle | Shuffle all upcoming songs once. |
/music clear | Remove every upcoming song while the current one keeps playing. |
/music volume | Set playback volume from 0 to 100 percent. |
/music autoplay | Keep playing similar recommendations when the queue ends. |
/music loop | Repeat the current song, the entire queue, or turn looping off. |
/skip | Skip the current track. The now-playing card also has Pause, Skip, Stop and Queue controls. |
/stop | Clear the queue and disconnect the bot. You must be in the same voice channel. |
Admin — needs Manage Server
/trade-admin panel | Post or refresh the Buy/Sell panel in a text channel. |
/trade-admin config | Show this server's log channel, cooldown and categories. |
/trade-admin set-log-channel | Where completed trades get recorded. Leave the channel empty to turn it off. |
/trade-admin set-cooldown | Seconds a member must wait between posts. 0 disables it. |
/trade-admin category-add | Add an item category. |
/trade-admin category-remove | Remove one. Trades already posted under it keep their label. |
/trade-admin force-close | Cancel any trade. Completed ones are left alone so their vouches stay valid. |
/trade-admin stale | Open trades older than N days. |
/trade-admin stats | Open, claimed, completed and cancelled counts. |
Only in the dashboard
Some configuration has no slash command because a proper form beats typing ids:
where /trade may be used, what happens to completed threads, and the
emoji-to-role mappings and Discord messages used by reaction-role panels.
Permissions it asks for
Send Messages, Embed Links, Create Private Threads, Manage Threads, Connect, Speak, Add Reactions, Read Message History, Manage Messages for reaction cleanup, and Manage Roles for jobs and reaction roles. No privileged intents — Tradepost never reads message content or your member list.
